Summary : Cosmetic radio frequency uses an electric current of high frequency that generates heat through the subcutaneous tissues enough to break the collagen fibers and allow synthesis of a neo-collagen. It permits cutaneous resurfacing, improving the tone and quality of the skin (wrinkles and enlarged pores), and delicately reshaping facial volumes. The principle of a type Ellman monopolar radiofrequency at a rate of 4 MHz Pellevé, Surgitron Dual RF S 5 is described. Its use inclines more towards anti-aging and natural rejuvenation of the face, neck and neckline. It may be associated with other rejuvenation techniques such as fillers and botulinum toxin within certain time limits.
