Summary : Introduction: Cholesteatoma of the external auditory canal (EAC) is a rare disease. The symptoms are not specific. Its positive diagnosis is based on clinical and radiological examination. Treatment of choice is surgery. We describe the clinical features, computed tomography findings and surgical approach.
