Summary :
Introduction: The disease of Wegener is a rare systemic vasculitis which arises by symptoms not very specific, ORL, pulmonary and renal mainly. As such, otolaryngologists are often the first physicians to evaluate patients with this disease and are obligated to remember this in their differential diagnoses. The most frequent attacks ORL are a chronic nasal obstruction, a chronic sinusitis or an otitis media with effusion. Clinical case: Very seldom, as in our patient, Wegener granulomatosis can take an aspect of tumor by its symptoms and its radiological criteria. The diagnosis can then be difficult and delay an adapted treatment. Conclusion: It is thus necessary to think of Wegener granulomatosis in front of any trailing ORL symptom but also in front of atypical symptoms do evoke a tumor initially. The current treatment allows an improvement of the average of survival.
